Who we are

Simple Reels Limited, 58 Broton Drive, Halstead, England, CO9 1HB ("we") runs this website and the VisitClear service.

This website

This website sets no cookies and uses no tracking or analytics. Our hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address briefly, to deliver the pages and keep them secure.

Fonts are served from our own server; nothing is loaded from third parties.

Demo requests

The demo form does not send anything to us by itself: it opens your own email program with your request filled in. If you send it, we use your details only to answer you and arrange the demo, and delete them within 12 months if you don't become a customer.

Patients and clinics using VisitClear

Each clinic decides how it uses patient data and is responsible for it (the "controller"). VisitClear processes that data on the clinic's behalf (as "processor"), under a written agreement.

We keep data in the European Union, collect only what booking needs (no reason for visit), never put health details in messages, record every access in an audit log, and anonymise old records automatically.

To use your rights (access, correction, erasure), please contact the clinic you booked with. You can also write to us and we will pass your request on.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and erase your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to complain to a data protection authority.
